Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems engineering or similar production environments.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and large-scale production systems.
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows, scripting, and automation tools.
• Security posture and compliance experience with VA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for cloud-based systems.
• Troubleshoot outages, document issues, and implement recovery workarounds.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
• Maintain system configurations, runbooks, and security controls.
