Qualified candidates have 8+ years in systems engineering, 3+ years with SQL monitoring, and a Public Trust eligibility. A dynamic, on-call schedule and collaboration with security, development, and operations teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years in systems engineering or related field, with production experience.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL queries and monitoring.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust (MBI).

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level operational support of complex application cloud systems.
• Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
• Document problems in logging/discrepancy tools and report status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to maintain system reliability.
