Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years in systems engineering or related field, production environments preferred.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and on-call production support.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support of complex application cloud systems.
Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
Document problems and issues in logging/discrepancy tools; report status to stakeholders.
Maintain/upgrade computing infrastructure and ensure VA security policies are followed.
