Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to drive AWS services and SaaS solutions to enterprise customers. You will own end-to-end sales efforts, engage with CXO-level stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams with Solutions Architects and Partners.

The role requires 5+ years in direct software or cloud sales, proven success selling to contact centers, and experience building partner ecosystems and GTM plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers.
• 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline focused on revenue and market penetration.
• Lead sales efforts with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Partners, and engagements at the CxO level.
• Drive contract negotiations with the core sales organization, develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
