Job summary

AWS is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect. You will lead end-to-end go-to-market efforts, engage with CXO-level executives, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Partners to drive adoption of AWS solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in direct software/cloud SaaS sales, especially to contact centers, and a proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships at large accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEM's to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
