Qualifications

• 15+ years of leading complex, large-scale IT/technical/engineering programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
• Experience in a senior customer-facing role.

• Experience working with current technologies, especially cloud.

Responsibilities

• Identify and accelerate customers' realization of value through the cloud lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end transformation strategy, linking tech execution to business outcomes.
• Design and drive large migrations, AI/ML adoption, and data modernization programs.
• Create, manage, and deliver complex business and technology programs.
• Establish operating models and governance to drive scale.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across sales, solutions architecture, and services.
• Earn trust from practitioners to the C-suite; be the customer's cloud journey coach.
• Lead executive briefings, roadmap reviews, and business outcome alignment.
• Apply knowledge of Life Sciences regulatory requirements (FDA, HIPAA, GxP).
• Help customers achieve cloud readiness and AI fluency through skills development.
• Mentor and develop other CSMs; drive scalable process improvements.
