Job summary

AWS Global Sales seeks a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to deeply understand a customer's vision, culture and processes and lead successful AWS adoption. You will translate goals into executable cloud plans and guide cross-functional teams through people, process and technology changes across complex enterprises.

You will be judged on customer outcomes, migration velocity and value realization, partnering with stakeholders to drive governance and scale AWS delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior customer facing role experience.
• 15+ years of leading complex, large-scale IT/technical/engineering programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Experience in leading complex, large-scale IT/technical/engineering programs.
• Experience working with current technologies (especially cloud).

Responsibilities

• Accelerate our customers' cloud adoption and drive value realization from AWS investments.
• Own migrations at scale, digital transformations and outcomes for AWS customers.
• Define cloud business case and roadmaps, aligning with customer leadership and AWS teams.
