Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing work experience engaging with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
• 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with successful outcomes
• Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional groups
• Travel up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Execute near-, mid-, and long-term cloud transformation strategy in collaboration with customers and AWS teams
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement across organizational levels and build lasting relationships
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging cloud technologies to unlock customer opportunities
• Lead change management practices to ensure smooth project delivery and adoption of cloud solutions
• Drive customer adoption through education and enablement of AWS services
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases and best practice implementations for AWS
• Coordinate across Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate cloud journeys
• Share knowledge and mentor junior CSMs to influence industry trends
