Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to join the global Strategic Industries team.

You will guide AWS customers along a multi-year cloud journey, coordinating with Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to deliver customer outcomes. You will translate strategic account plans into executable actions, lead cross-functional teams, and drive governance, education plans, executive briefings, and go-live events essential to customers’ cloud journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a customer-facing role in the technology industry or equivalent.
• Experience conversing with senior customer stakeholders including Directors and VPs of procurement, CPOs, VP’s supply chain, and CIOs.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive cloud adoption and orchestrate delivery across AWS teams for enterprise customers.
• Lead governance and education plans, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to enable successful migrations and transformations.
