Job summary

AWS Global Sales seeks a Customer Solutions Manager to help SMB customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their digital transformation journey. You will design and rapidly execute strategic migrations to the AWS cloud and build modern cloud-native solutions that fulfill ambitious goals.

You will work with a range of teams and leverage AWS best practices to deliver end-to-end cloud adoption experiences, influencing IT and business leaders across organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work with executives, technologists or partners.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C‑Suite.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of existing and developing cloud technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Possess a strong background in change management and integrate best practices into project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
• Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS and best-practice implementations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
