Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to help SMB customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their digital transformation journey. You will guide strategic migrations to the AWS cloud, design modern cloud‑native solutions, and lead end‑to‑end programs across sales, solution architecture, and partners.

Successful candidates bring leadership, technical depth, and a business outcomes mindset to drive customer success and adoption across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large‑scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and delivering customer benefits.
• 2+ years of customer‑facing work engaging with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C‑Suite.
• Maintain knowledge of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Possess a strong background in change management and incorporating organizational change best practices into project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
• Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS and best practice implementations.
• Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
