Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide customers on their cloud journey, coordinate cross‑team delivery, and accelerate value realization.

You will partner with executives and technologists to map use cases and drive migrations and modernization initiatives. This role emphasizes customer engagement, change management, and strategic relationships with key accounts, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines; PMP or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C-Suite
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing, to unlock opportunities for customers
• Possess a strong background in change management and incorporating organizational change best practices seamlessly into project delivery
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
• Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS as well as best practice implementations
• Assist in developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team
