Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing work with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
• 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with successful outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation teams across broad functions
• Travel up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Execute a near, mid, and long-term cloud transformation strategy for the customer
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement across all organizational levels and build long-term relationships
• Maintain knowledge of cloud technologies to unlock customer opportunities
• Lead organizational change management within project delivery
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact AWS use cases and best practices
• Coordinate with Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to drive the cloud journey
• Mentor junior CSMs and share success mechanisms across Amazon organizations
