Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide AWS customers along their cloud journey, coordinating across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to deliver outcomes.

The role focuses on driving adoption, governance, and business value for Automotive & Manufacturing customers. You will translate account plans into executable actions, manage cadence, and lead education and go-live activities while fostering executive-level partnerships

Qualifications

Experience leading in a customer-facing role in the technology industry or equivalent.
Experience conversing with senior customer stakeholders including Directors and VPs (procurement, CPOs, supply chain, CIOs).
7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience, or a relevant degree.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience.

Responsibilities

Accelerate AWS adoption through delivery and execution.
Identify strategic opportunities and work backwards from customer milestones.
Coach the customer through the cloud journey and advocate for customer needs to AWS leadership.
Implement governance to manage the partnership and customer adoption of AWS.
