Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide automotive & manufacturing enterprise customers through multi-year cloud journeys, coordinating with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Support, and Professional Services to deliver outcomes.

You will translate account plans into executable actions, drive governance, education, and go-live events for cloud adoption. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in cloud architecture/solution delivery, a Computer Science background, and

Qualifications

7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience.

Responsibilities

Accelerating AWS Adoption through Delivery and Execution.
Identify & Align on Strategic Opportunities: work backwards from the customer to identify and pursue strategic cloud opportunities (e.g., large-scale migrations, GenAI, data and analytics).
Customer Enablement: serve as the customer’s cloud journey coach and advocate AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams.
Implement governance structures to govern the partnership and customer adoption of AWS.
