Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide Automotive & Manufacturing customers on multi-year cloud journeys, coordinating across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to deliver outcomes.

You will lead executive-level communications, translate strategy into actions, manage governance, enable customers, and drive migrations and modernization, with 15%–30% travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a customer-facing role in the technology industry or equivalent.
• Experience conversing with senior customer stakeholders including Directors and VPs of procurement, CPOs, VP’s supply chain, and CIOs.
• 7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience, or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience.
• Experience advising C-suite or VP-level executives on cloud strategy, digital transformation, or Gen AI/Agentic strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level narratives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerating AWS Adoption through Delivery and Execution.
• Identify & Align on Strategic Opportunities: work with the Customer Account team from strategy to cloud opportunities.
• Customer Enablement, coach the customer through AWS cloud journey and advocate needs.
• Implement governance structures to govern partnership and adoption of AWS.
