Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead end-to-end relationships in the Retail and CPG vertical, driving cloud adoption and revenue growth across 200+ services with emphasis on GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.

You will manage strategic account plans, engage with C-suite executives, and collaborate with Solution Architects and Partner teams to deliver AI-powered digital transformations and measurable ROI for customers in the retail sector.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technology sales experience closing enterprise deals.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives in business and technology.
• Proven track record building strategic relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships across Retail and CPG accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer outcomes and AWS growth.
• Drive revenue through new workloads, service expansion, and multi-year agreements.
• Maintain executive relationships with CIOs, CMOs, CPOs, and other senior leaders.
