Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Mountain View is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to guide large enterprise customers through AWS cloud journeys, including GenAI/Agentic initiatives.

You will drive executive conversations, orchestrate cross-organization collaboration, and ensure successful workload migrations and modernization. This highly visible role partners with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to translate strategic opportunities into actionable plans, evangelize AWS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technology roles.
• 5+ years engaging with executive/senior customer stakeholders (Director+).
• 3+ years hands-on cloud computing experience (architecture patterns, migrations, modernization).
• Experience advising C-suite on cloud strategy, digital transformation, or Gen AI/Agentic strategy.
• Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic concepts and executive conversations.
• Experience managing a portfolio of complex workloads across verticals.
• Technical depth in cloud migrations, modernization, data/analytics, security, or AI/ML/Gen AI/Agentic.
• Proven trusted-advisor relationships leading to revenue growth and workload expansion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate tech to exec narratives.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, ML) or equivalent depth.

Responsibilities

• Guide AWS customers along multi-year cloud journeys with cross-team collaboration.
• Lead strategic conversations with C-suite on cloud adoption and GenAI/Agentic use cases.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services to plan workload migrations.
• Translate account plans into executable actions and manage cadence for education plans and roadmaps.
• Influence customers and drive secure, robust AWS solutions while championing innovation.
