Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare organizations through strategic workforce and workload initiatives powered by the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite.

You will partner with executives, nursing leadership, and project teams to redesign workflows, improve caregiver utilization, and ensure successful adoption of solutions that support smarter staffing and patient care decisions.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 6+ years in healthcare/clinical consulting roles or related field.
• Experience leading client-facing healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve workforce management and patient outcomes.
• Guide customers through current- and future-state workflow design and change management.
