Oracle Health seeks a Senior Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare leaders through workforce initiatives powered by Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite. You will partner with executives, nursing leadership, and project teams to redesign workflows and improve caregiver utilization across acute and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of combined higher education and related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Healthcare, or related field.
• At least 1 year of licensed healthcare practice, clinical consulting, and/or clinical healthcare information technology experience.
• At least 5 years of additional higher education and/or professional experience directly related to the responsibilities of this position.
• Registered Nurse (RN) or other active clinical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
• Lead clinical transformation initiatives that improve workforce management, staffing efficiency, caregiver utilization, and patient outcomes.
• Guide customers and internal project teams through assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis.
• Identify organizational change impacts and develop strategies that support adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for Workforce and Workload solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Own and manage customer value measurement plans to achieve business and clinical outcomes.
