Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Healthcare, or related field.
- Active clinical licensure (RN or equivalent).
- At least 6 years of combined education and related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders.
- Lead clinical transformation initiatives to improve workforce management and staffing efficiency.
- Guide clients through current-state assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis.
- Identify change impacts and develop adoption strategies for new processes and technologies.
- Serve as clinical SME for Workforce and Workload solutions during implementation lifecycle.
