Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant to guide healthcare organizations through workforce and workload optimization using Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite. You will partner with executive and clinical leaders to redesign workflows, drive adoption of new processes, and deliver measurable patient outcomes in both acute and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Healthcare, or related field.
At least 1 year of licensed healthcare practice, clinical consulting, and/or clinical healthcare information technology experience.
At least 5 years of additional higher education and/or professional experience directly related to the responsibilities of this position.
Registered Nurse (RN) or other active clinical licensure.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
Lead clinical transformation initiatives that improve workforce management, staffing efficiency, caregiver utilization, and patient outcomes.
Guide customers and internal project teams through assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis.
Identify organizational change impacts and develop strategies that support adoption of new processes and technologies.
Serve as the clinical SME for Workforce and Workload solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Own and manage customer value measurement plans to achieve business and clinical outcomes.
