RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking an Account Specialist to serve as the key liaison between the client and our offsite Creative/Production team in Richmond, VA. The role blends remote work with on-site collaboration, requiring proactive project management, scheduling, and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

You will manage complex projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee job details from intake to completion, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
5+ years of experience in project management or comparable experience.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret and understand clients' expectations and guide the production team.
Proven track record with strong and effective client relationships and solution delivery.

Responsibilities

Act as primary liaison between client, internal stakeholders and production teams.
Establish and promote excellent customer relations through proactive communications on project status.
Effectively manage multiple timelines and projects at various stages of the lifecycle.
Apply broad knowledge of workflows, digital asset management, and quality control to accounts.
Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects with proper prioritization.
Attend client meetings and status calls, coordinating with Creative Services as needed.
