Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office or Mac word processing, spreadsheets or similar programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate into detailed manufacturing/kitting instructions and shipping/postal instructions.
• Provide quality review for other Account Specialists to ensure information is accurate before production.
• Coordinate production of components with internal plants and external vendors as required.
• Confer with customers throughout production to inform them of status and coordinate changes to jobs.
• May provide pre-sales support and discuss manufacturing capabilities needed to produce a successful job.
• Monitor progress of jobs and ensure final product meets customer requirements and standards.
