Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years leadership and people management in a customer service environment.
• Proven record of improving contract performance or resolving client issues.
• Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach.
• Experience delivering multi-service solutions and managing P&L responsibilities.
• Minimum 2 years financial management and independent decision-making ability.
• 2+ years people management experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to foster a high-performance, continuous-improvement culture.
• Proficient in MS Office (intermediate to expert).
• Experience supervising teams and resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted operations to meet client and contract needs.
• Lead and develop a client-oriented team.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, policies, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with staff and clients; hold team meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize service delivery.
• Utilize reporting tools to manage performance and client reporting.
• Manage staffing, workload, and headcount justifications.
• Oversee monthly P&L reviews and budget adherence.
