Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Over 5 years leading teams in a customer service environment.
• Proven track record delivering multi-service solutions for clients.
• Financial management experience, including budgeting and P&L oversight.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted operations to meet client needs and support employees.
• Provide people leadership and develop a high-performing client team.
• Lead operational execution and optimize cost-to-serve models.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure quality service delivery.
• Manage staffing, workflow, and performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Review monthly P&L and participate in budgeting processes.
• Foster strong client relationships and present service reviews.
