RR Donnelley is seeking a project coordinator to manage customer onboarding and campaigns across variable print, pre-media, or sales throughout the project lifecycle. You will gather data, create the project plan, and submit the statement of work for legal approval.

The role requires organizing resources, meeting deadlines, and maintaining communications with stakeholders to ensure adherence to SLAs and company standards. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer on-boarding and campaigns for variable print, pre-media or Sales throughout the lifecycle.
• Gather data from customers, draft statements of work, and submit to legal for approval.
• Analyze customer requirements and assemble resources to implement campaigns.
• Estimate time frames and resources required to complete a project.
• Design and implement workflows, maintain master schedule, and adjust plans as requirements change.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage customer expectations to meet SLAs.
