RRD is seeking an Account Specialist in a hybrid role (Richmond, VA) to coordinate between clients and our offsite Creative/Production team. You will manage scheduling, job detail gathering, tracking, and invoicing, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence across projects.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between client, internal stakeholders, and production teams.
• Maintain proactive client communications and track project status.
• Manage multiple timelines across project lifecycles.
• Apply workflows, QA, and digital asset handling to account work.
• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate with Creative Services.
