Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer on-boarding and campaigns for variable print or pre-media throughout the lifecycle.
• Gather data from customers and develop the statement of work; submit for legal approval.
• Assess customer requirements and assemble resources to implement campaigns.
• Estimate timeframes and resources needed to complete projects.
• Design and manage workflows, maintain master schedule, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure SLA compliance.
• Possibly conduct color review meetings and test sign-offs for go-live.
• Perform related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
