Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Over 5 years' experience leading teams in a customer service environment.
• Experience delivering solutions that improve contract performance or client outcomes.
• Strong client service orientation and relationship management.
• Experience in financial management and understanding of P&L impact.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted operations to meet client needs and employee well-being.
• Provide people leadership and develop a high-performing client team.
• Leverage regular communication to set clear expectations and track progress.
• Drive operational excellence and optimize cost-to-serve models.
• Manage client relationships and present monthly CSR highlighting improvements.
• Lead due diligence, implementation, and adherence to policies.
