Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and utilization of our products and services. You will coordinate with the Client Success Team and cross-functional partners to deliver measurable value and renewals.

The role emphasizes relationship building with HR leaders, proactive communication, and strategic collaboration to drive client outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience interfacing directly with clients including HR, brokers, consultants, and C-suite.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with key HR decision makers and business leaders.
• Puts forward strategies to drive engagement and utilization of tools for client goals.
• Collaborates with product, operations, and other internal areas to resolve client inquiries.
