Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Success in the United States to lead a team managing enterprise accounts within a remote-first environment. You will design scalable client success frameworks, drive adoption and retention, and work across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services to ensure client success and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or related field with at least 3 years leading enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing a client success portfolio within SaaS or platform environments.
• Experience collaborating with third-party implementation or delivery partners within SaaS or enterprise technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Success Managers for enterprise accounts.
• Design scalable client success frameworks to drive product adoption and retention.
• Act as escalation point for complex enterprise client issues and cross-functional coordination.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and anticipate needs.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to align on status, timelines, and expectations.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate transitions to Professional Services.
