Job summary

RethinkCare is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and utilization of our neurodiversity-focused platform.

You will collaborate with the Client Success Team and cross-functional partners to drive retention, renewals, and high-value outcomes for our large clients, maintaining strong executive relationships and delivering strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 8 years of direct client-facing experience with HR, brokers, consultants and C-suite.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work independently within a team.
• Proven ability to manage complex situations to resolution.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight and other client support systems preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and present impact to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with HR decision makers and business leaders to align on goals.
• Recommend engagement strategies to drive utilization of tools.
• Monitor trends in client usage and develop action plans.
• Respond to complex inquiries and resolve issues with independence.
• Coordinate with product, operations and BCBA for issue resolution.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual meetings and contract renewals.
• Communicate client status and value opportunities to Rethink leadership.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors as needed to support clients.
