Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related, progressive experience.
• State specific Producer Licenses for Life, Accident & Health are required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing business and ensure positive account relationships.
• Prepare benefit design analysis for proposals and quotes.
• Run financial reports and analyze utilization data.
• Develop specifications for implementation of new products for clients.
• Handle enrollment meetings during renewals.
• Resolve complex account problems and coordinate with internal teams to improve service.
