You will assist in proposals and sales collateral, run financial reports and analysis, develop product implementation specs, and support enrollment meetings during renewals. Travel is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related, progressive experience
• Proven ability to maintain client relationships and renewals
• Experience with benefit design or health insurance a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Manager to grow business and maintain relationships.
• Assist in preparing proposals and sales collateral for renewals.
• Run financial reports and basic analyses of utilization data.
• Develop specifications for implementing new products for clients.
• Support enrollment meetings during account renewals.
• Resolve day-to-day account service issues and liaise with internal teams.
