Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a detail-oriented account management professional to partner with Client Managers, maintain and grow existing business, and prepare proposals and sales collateral during renewals. You will analyze utilization data and market trends, develop product implementation specifications, and resolve day-to-day service issues for large, complex accounts.

The role allows hybrid or remote work; onsite presence is required three days a week if within 50 miles of an office

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of related, progressive experience.
• State specific Producer License for Life, Accident & Health required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing business and ensure positive account relationships.
• Assist in preparation of benefit design analysis for proposals and quotes.
• Run financial reports and basic analysis on utilization data and market trends.
• Develop specifications for implementation of new products for clients.
• May conduct enrollment meetings during the renewal process.
