Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Manager to maintain and grow existing business and keep positive account relationships.
• Prepare benefit designs, quotes, and analyses for proposals.
• Analyze operational issues and drive end-to-end resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Advise on regulatory changes and assess impact on clients.
• Audit benefit plan setups for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead project management activities across account implementations and renewals.
• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day account service issues and support contract implementation.
