Qualifications

• 3+ years of related, progressive experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Manager(s) to maintain and grow existing business and ensure positive relationships.
• Assist in benefit design analysis for proposals and quotes.
• Run financial reports or perform basic financial analysis on utilization data and market research.
• Develop specifications for implementing new products for clients.
• May conduct enrollment meetings during the renewal process.
• Analyze operational problems and provide resolutions; suggest improvements.
• Leverage internal resources to deliver excellent service to accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales Support Analysts to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Create documents and processes for effective communication and project plans.
• Act as primary contact for day-to-day account service issues.
• Support customers during contract implementation and relationship management; ensure satisfaction.
• Adapt procedures to meet complex requirements and provide direction to others.
• Solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
