Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Client Services professional in Lockbourne, OH to address client inquiries, order questions and complaints. You will document issues, track problem areas and coordinate resolutions with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.

The role requires 2–4 years of client service experience and a high school diploma or GED. Candidates should be able to multi-task and maintain strong communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 2–4 years of client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Determines cause of problems and explains best solution; expedites corrections and follows up to ensure resolution.
• Occasional deviation from standard procedures; handles other duties as assigned.
