Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. seeks an experienced account liaison to align customer expectations with internal teams, ensuring consistency in business practices and superior service.

You will own the account, drive retention and growth, and lead pricing for complex, high-volume clients across regions. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and presenting value to clients both on site and remotely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; 3-4 years in Transportation/Logistics, Sales, Account Management, or relevant experience, and/or military equivalent.
• Willingness to travel dependent on account need.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain, Transportation/Logistics, or related field with 3-4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations and Customer Experience to support startups and changes to accounts.
• Drive retention and growth to maintain and exceed profit levels.
• Lead pricing and proposal activity for complex, high-demand accounts.
• Present to clients onsite and remotely; provide reporting and cost/delivery analysis.
• Monitor billing and receivables; ensure contract compliance and payments.
