Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2-3 years of Sales/Account Management or relevant experience, and/or military equivalent with at least 1 year North American Truckload experience

Responsibilities

• Utilize data insights and sales enablement tools to generate leads and prospect for new business.
• Meet with prospective customers to discuss opportunities, understand needs, develop strategy, and win the business.
• Develop account strategy for maintenance and growth and hand off to internal account management after transition.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customer to implement the solution, including kick-off and mutual implementation strategies.
• Set expectations during implementation for internal resources, review KPIs, ensure contract/pay terms adherence.
