Stand8 is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to own pipeline generation and revenue targets in the New York, NY market. This role focuses on net-new logo acquisition, strategic account growth, and building enterprise relationships while coordinating with recruiting and delivery teams to drive staffing and IT solutions engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology staffing or IT solutions sales.
• Proven success generating net-new business and closing revenue-generating deals.
• Experience owning a sales territory and carrying a quota in a staffing or consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a territory with full responsibility for pipeline generation and revenue targets.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic client engagement.
• Build and expand relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
• Lead discovery conversations and position tailored staffing and IT solutions.
• Drive full sales lifecycle from prospecting through deal close and expansion.
• Translate client technical needs into actionable hiring and delivery strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor recruiters on market insights, client expectations, and role qualification.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue, activity, and pipeline KPIs.
