Job summary

Image Pointe in New York is seeking a Strategic Account Sales Associate to oversee a significant portfolio, build and maintain relationships, and achieve growth goals primarily through in-person appointments and referrals.

Although remote, the role requires living in and traveling throughout the New York area, with responsibilities including client retention, new account development, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3-5 years of proven outside sales experience demonstrating effective communication skills and exceptional customer service. Ideal track record of managing a $2M+ account portfolio.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Customer Retention: Service accounts with excellence, developing meaningful relationships to retain and grow your customer base within an assigned territory.
• Customer Growth: Develop new national accounts by proactively pursuing prospective leads, fielding and servicing inbound leads from company marketing, and developing referrals from your current client base.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent, best-in-class customer service. Achieve high customer experience scores.
• Customer Communication: Maintain an accurate customer database in our CRM with clear documentation of contacts and lead development.
• Responsiveness: Respond to sales inquiries within 24 hours or less.
• Utilize resources and master product knowledge to meet client needs.
• Continually meet or exceed sales targets, WIGs, and KPIs.
• Attend weekly/monthly online meetings and travel for in-person visits as needed.
• Be available for production or order questions via Skype and cell phone during 8:00 – 4:30 CST M – F.
• Travel for onsite visits to customers.
