Job summary

Stand8 is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for the Atlanta market. This remote role focuses on pipeline generation, net-new logo acquisition, and strategic account growth, working with recruiting and delivery teams to drive staffing and IT solutions.

You will build enterprise relationships, lead discovery conversations, and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close. Remote with regular local travel to meet clients and attend onsite engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology staffing or IT solutions sales.
• Proven success generating net-new business and closing revenue-generating deals.
• Experience owning a sales territory and carrying a quota in a staffing or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of technology landscapes and client hiring challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close opportunities in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and effective in a high-performance, metrics-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The Client Solutions Manager will own pipeline generation and revenue targets for the Atlanta, GA market, with a focus on net-new logo acquisition and strategic account growth. This role will build enterprise relationships, lead discovery conversations, and position tailored staffing and IT solutions. Working closely with recruiting and delivery teams, the Client Solutions Manager will drive staffing and solutions engagements, influence client outcomes, and grow long-term partnerships. This remote role includes regular local travel for client meetings, networking events, and onsite engagements.

Additional Details

The base salary range for this position is $80K - $100K annually, depending on experience.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
