Job summary

Stand8 Technology Consulting is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to own pipeline generation and revenue targets for the Philadelphia market. This remote role focuses on net-new logo acquisition and strategic account growth, collaborating with recruiting to deliver staffing and IT solutions.

You will lead discovery conversations, build executive relationships, and drive the full sales lifecycle, including deal close and expansion, while mentoring recruiters and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology staffing or IT solutions sales.
• Proven success generating net-new business and closing revenue deals.
• Experience owning a sales territory and carrying a quota in staffing or consulting.
• Strong understanding of technology landscapes and client hiring challenges.

The Client Solutions Manager will own pipeline generation and revenue targets for the Philadelphia, PA market, with a focus on net-new logo acquisition and strategic account growth. This role will build enterprise relationships, lead discovery conversations, and position tailored staffing and IT solutions. Working closely with recruiting and delivery teams, the Client Solutions Manager will drive staffing and solutions engagements, influence client outcomes, and grow long-term partnerships. This remote role includes regular local travel for client meetings, networking events, and onsite engagements.

Additional Details

The base salary range for this position is $80K - $100K annually, depending on experience.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
