Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a Senior Client Services Project Manager for the 2nd shift to serve as the primary contact for disclosure document needs across multiple U.S. sites.

You will collaborate with internal teams to manage complex client engagements, meetings, onboarding, and issue resolution. Requires 5+ years in client service with strong project management, executive communication, and MS Office expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a client service environment with project management exposure.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with formal presentation skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate across consulting, product support and sales teams.
• Background in financial services or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture executive-level client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee overall project management for disclosure documents and deliverables.
• Lead or support multiple clients in preparing complex documents with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with consulting, product support, IT, customer service sites and sales for requested services.
• Drive change through internal teams and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
• Document activities and resolutions in the workflow tool and for billing purposes.
• Maintain detailed documentation to support job tracking and invoicing.
