Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a Senior Client Service Project Manager to serve as the primary contact for disclosure document needs. You will work with clients and internal teams across consulting, product support, sales and IT.

The role requires strong executive-facing communication, project oversight, and the ability to drive change with cross-functional teams while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of previous work experience in a similar client service environment.
• Role model in service excellence with demonstrated success in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to connect and engage with high-level clientele and internal employees.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop executive-level client relationships.
• Oversee overall project management for disclosure documents.
• Lead or assist multiple clients in preparing disclosure documents.
• Attend client meetings, presentations and on-boarding activities.
• Coordinate with consulting, product support, IT, customer service sites and sales.
