Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a customer-facing Site Operations Coordinator to promptly address client concerns and inform supervisors of potential issues. The role emphasizes strong client communication, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining site procedure documentation to ensure consistent workflow across departments.

Responsibilities include handling print/copy services, mail and courier duties, and delivering accurate reporting to clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related customer service experience.
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Good computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Responds to management and client requests via emails, calls, or messages.
• Provides strong customer service and supports account SLA.
• Contributes to creating the Site Procedure Guide documenting workflows.
• Oversees workflow and staff balance to meet service levels.
• Trains team on workflow or procedure changes.
• Maintains daily/monthly records on service activity.
• Acts as main client contact for daily activity when needed.
