Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a site operations role focused on coordinating tasks, overseeing workflows, and delivering customer service at client sites. The position may involve multiple service areas such as Copy/Print, Device Maintenance, Inventory Services, and Warehouse operations.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work with minimal supervision, and flexibility to cover various duties across client locations. Full-time on-site work at assigned sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfort with basic computer/technical tasks.
• Willingness to work OT as needed.
• Reliable and able to follow policies & procedures.
• Must be able to obtain required customer clearances.

Responsibilities

• Inform supervisor promptly of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Respond to management and client requests via email, phone, text, or in person.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Contribute to creating and updating site procedures for account processes.
