Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a site operations professional to ensure timely handling of client concerns and strong service delivery. You will coordinate with staff, manage workflow, and maintain site procedure guides to document processes across multiple functions.

The role requires 2–4 years in a customer-facing environment, solid computer skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize. Travel between client locations and possible OT may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• Customer-facing role experience preferred and ability to follow policies and protocols.
• May require vaccination or other clearances per customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, and other channels.
• Provide strong customer service and train staff on workflow changes.
• Maintain site procedure guides and ensure account processes are recorded.
• Oversee daily/monthly service activity records and reporting.
• Act as main client contact for daily activity and participate in client meetings as needed.
